JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 05-01-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State through virtual Court proceedings. Learned counsel for the petitioners undertakes to remove the defects within four weeks. In the eventuality of nonremoval of defects within undertaken period, the office will place the matter before the Bench.
The present application has been filed for
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.72581 of 2021(2) dt.05-01-2022 2/2 modification of order dated 01.07.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 10250 of 2020 to the extent of extending the period of surrender. On the grounds mentioned in the modification application, the period of surrender is extended by six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in connection with Complaint Case No. 396 of 2018, pending in the Court learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea, subject to deposit of sum of Rs.2000/- (Rupees Two Thousand) each in the Victim Compensation Fund.
The order dated 01.07.2020 is modified to the extent as indicated above.
Accordingly, this modification application stands disposed of.
