Petitioner seeks bail in Saur Bazar P.S. Case No. 328 of 2014 instituted under Section(s) 25(1-b) a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act pending before the Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa. Considering that while on bail the Petitioner had kept arms in his room and has, thus, misused the privilege of bail, I am not inclined to release the Petitioner on bail. Prayer for bail is rejected.
