ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 16-10-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 06.07.2019 in connection with Govindpur P.S. Case No.79 of 2016 registered for the offence under Section 47(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that one person had left the motorcycle and run away and the petitioner was arrested, though the alleged recoveries were not from his conscious possession. It is further submitted that save and except one case of different nature, the petitioner has no other criminal antecedents.

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62325 of 2019(2) dt.16-10-2019 2/2 bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-II-CumSpecial Judge, Nawada, in connection with Govindpur P.S. Case No.79 of 2016.
