The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 354 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The police after investigation submitted charge sheet under Sections 376 and 511 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 4 and 6 of the POCSO Act. The victim alleged that the petitioner enticed her to his house and made an attempt to outrage her modesty after getting her naked.

It appears that only attempt was made for outraging the modesty of the informant and for that the petitioner is in jail since 13.08.2014. The petitioner has already remained in jail for more than eleven months.
