From perusal for the impugned order dated 12.06.2015 passed by Additional District Judge-9th, Saran at Chapra in Title Suit No. 28 of 2005, it appears that the Court below has passed the order after considering the well settled principles of law laid down by the Patna High Court. In such circumstances when the Court below has relied upon the decisions of the High Court, this Court, in supervisory jurisdiction, cannot interfere with the impugned order as it neither touches the jurisdiction of the Court nor it occasioned failure of justice.
