The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in Harnaut P.S. Case No.258/16 for the offences under Sections 457, 380, 511, 341, 323 and 324 of the I.P.C.

Considering the facts that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and his name has surfaced on the basis of the confessional statement of co-accused Pawan Kumar after three months of the occurrence who had disclosed the name of twelve accused persons including the petitioner which has no legal value in the eye of law, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35707 of 2017 (2) dt.16-08-2017 2/2 Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M.-III, Nalanda at Biharsharif, in Harnaut P.S. Case No.258/16 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C.
