1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
2. The petitioner in this application prays for bail apprehending his arrest in connection with Begusarai Excise P.S. Case no.209 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under sections 30(a) and 32(3) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
3. As per the prosecution case, 2730 litres of ethanol was recovered from the two tankers parked in front of the house of one Ramayan Kumar. It is further stated that Ramayan Kumar was arrested and on enquiry, he disclosed that the petitioner was associated with him in illegal dealing of ethanol.
4. Learned Senior counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that no incriminating article has been

He has no concern with the said Ramayan Kumar nor with the seized ethanol. The petitioner has subsequently been implicated in one another case. He undertakes to cooperate in the investigation/trial.
5. The application for bail is opposed by learned A.P.P. for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the allegation against the petitioner in the FIR, the name of the petitioner transpiring in the statement of the co-accused Ramayan Kumar and no incriminating article having been recovered from the petitioner's possession, it is directed that the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks, be released on anticipatory bail in connection with Begusarai Excise P.S. Case no.209 of 2025 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Exclusive Special Judge II, Begusarai.
