2. Petitioners apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 304B/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is a case of dowry death.

4. It is alleged that this petitioner along with other accused persons killed the sister of informant for dowry and disposed of her dead body by setting on fire without giving information to the informant.

5. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioners is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the case. Petitioners is mother-in-law of the deceased. It is further submitted that thrust of accusation is against the husband of the deceased. So far this petitioners is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62839 of 2022(5) dt.18-07-2023 2/2 concerned, allegation is general and omnibus. Petitioners is separate from the deceased in mess and property.

6. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail and submitted that there is direct and specific allegation against this petitioner and other accused persons that they killed the sister of informant for dowry and disposed of her dead body by setting on fire. 7.Considering the nature of accusation and gravity of the offence, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on pre arrest bail.
