2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Manpur P.S. Case No. 104 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 319(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2), 61(2), 112(2), 111(2)(b), 3(5) of the B.N.S. and Sections 66(C), 66(D) of the I.T. Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and others have been found involved in committing fraud with gullible customers on the ground that they will provide loan to them. One mobile phone has been recovered from the petitioner. Some documents have been recovered from the mobile phone, which supports the prosecution case.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances and the gravity of the offence, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is hereby rejected.
