2. The learned APP at the outset submits that from perusal of the FIR, it would manifest that the same was instituted in the year 2019 and the anticipatory bail application filed by the petitioner before the learned District court was rejected by an order dated 24.02.2021 and thereafter the instant application seeking anticipatory bail has been filed on 31.08.2024 i.e. after a delay of more than three years. The learned APP further submits that the High Court is not meant for those who move at their leisure.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner after arguing for sometimes realizing his difficulty seeks permission to withdraw the anticipatory bail application.

5. Accordingly, the anticipatory bail application is dismissed as withdrawn.
