The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Shyampur Bhatha P.S. Case No. 55 of 2017 registered under Sections 379, 420 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The F.I.R. is lodged after six months of the alleged occurrence. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
