JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 04-01-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Patliputra P.S. Case No. 216 of 2017, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 342, 323, 324, 307, 379, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioners and other accused persons is of trying to strangulate the informant and when the husband of the informant came to save her, he was also assaulted.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that no specific allegation has been attributed against the petitioners. Further the informant is the cousin sister of the petitioners and there is family dispute between the parties. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Judge-XII-cum-A.C.J.M., Patna, in connection with Patliputra P.S. Case No. 216 of 2017, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
