Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks after complete start of the physical Court. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 456, 379 and 511 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 16.09.2021, charge-sheet has been submitted and has antecedent of one case.

The informant alleges that he was intercepted by two unknown criminals who tried to snatch his mobile but one of them was caught and other fled away. The apprehended accused disclosed his name as petitioner and the accused who fled away was Aman. Thus, the petitioner along with the motorcycle was

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case under confusion and at best it is a case of attempt, though the offence was not committed as the FIR is instituted under Section 511 of the Indian Penal code.

Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 16.09.2021, charge-sheet has been submitted and the nature of allegation as alleged, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty-five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Civil Line P.S. Case No. 390 of 2021, subject to the condition that one of the bailors shall be the brother (Md. Arif Alam) of the petitioner. (Satyavrat Verma, J) Kundan/- U T
