2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Sikraul P.S. Case No. 01 of 2024 instituted under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he is not named in the FIR and he was not caught riding the stolen vehicle but during investigation it has come that the petitioner and two others have purchased the stolen vehicle. The petitioner is accused in five cases.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the criminal antecedent of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.71725 of 2024(2) dt.11-12-2024 2/2 petitioner.
