The counsel for the State submits that the order dated 06.05.2014 passed in CWJC No. 3517 of 2010 has already been complied with, as the petitioner has been reinstated in service with effect from 2nd December 2009 i.e. from the date of dismissal of his service.

In such view of the matter, it goes without saying that the petitioner would be entitled to the benefit arising from the reinstatement, this petition has rendered infructuous. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as infructuous.
