2. This writ petition is directed against the order dated 09.05.2014 passed by Central Administrative Tribunal, Patna Bench in O.A. No. 879 of 2011 whereunder sole respondent has been allowed to avail pensionary benefit, as he admittedly completed 9 years 4 months and 18 days of regular service. Such finding is recorded in paragraph 8 of the impugned judgment.

3. In the circumstances, we are satisfied that the impugned judgment does not require any interference by the High
