Taking into consideration that 50 liters countrymade liquor is said to have been recovered from house of the petitioner for which, petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 08-05-2015 without any criminal antecedent, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 131 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Sri R. R. Raman, learned Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Begusarai.
