JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 26-08-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel appearing for the opposite party no.2 and the learned A.P.P. appearing for the State through Video Conferencing. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Patori P.S. Case No. 211 of 2019, registered under Sections 498(A), 379 and 323/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner and the opposite party no. 2, who are husband and wife, have settled their dispute out side the court and they have no grievance to each other.
