2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Kalyanpur P.S. Case No. 20 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 399, 402 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 25(1-B), 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused person has already been granted anticipatory bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 28.07.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 40184 of 2023 respectively.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the petitioner, above named is directed to be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64622 of 2023(2) dt.17-10-2023 2/2 within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Samastipur in connection with Kalyanpur P.S. Case No. 20 of 2023 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
