The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in Harnaut P.S. Case No.239/16 for the offence under Sections 364 and 366 of the I.P.C.

Considering the fact that the petitioners' name finds in the F.I.R. itself and their involvement in the present case has been supported by the victim girl in her statement made under Section 164 Cr.P.C., I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. It is, accordingly, prayer for anticipatory of the petitioners is rejected.
