The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 420, 472, 489(A)(C)(D)(E), 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case in short is that in a raid conducted by the informant, fake currency, printing machine and other articles were recovered.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 2.4.2019. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. Chargesheet has been submitted in the present case. The petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. The petitioner had no knowledge that the currency in question is fake currency. The

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.57753 of 2019(2) dt.13-09-2019 2/2 amount recovered is said to be Rs. 6,400/-. At the time of search, the petitioner was not present at home. He was in judicial custody.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, it is directed that the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Sandesh P.S. Case No. 9/19.
