The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Bairgania P.S. Case No. 28 of 2017, registered under Section 498(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the D.P.Act.

The accusation is of torturing the complainantopposite party no.2 by her husband and in-laws due to non-

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60949 of 2019(2) dt.26-09-2019 2/2 fulfillment of demand of dowry and removing from her matrimonial house.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are brother-in-law, sister-in-law and co-wife of the complainant-opposite party no. 2 and they have falsely been implicated in this case due to ulterior motive. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi, in connection with Bairgania P.S. Case No. 28 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
