The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.
Considering the nature of injury and that there is case and counter case between the parties and also the fact that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent, let the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest / surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the each amount to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate,
