This application has come under the heading "To Be Mentioned" for modification of the order dated 02.12.2015 whereby the learned trial court was directed to conclude the trial within six months and the Superintendent of Police, Vaishali and Superintendent of Sub Jail, Hajipur were directed to produce the accused. Now, four witnesses are yet to be examined. Considering the facts aforesaid, period for concluding the trial within six months is hereby extended for three months from today in Hajipur P.S. Case No. 71 of 1993, corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 289 of 2003, pending in the court of the learned Additional Sessions Judge III Vaishali at Hazipur. However, the Superintendent of Police, Vaishali is directed to produce the witnesses, if the Superintendent of Police, Vaishali fails to produce the witnesses the learned trial court will

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23377 of 2016 (2) dt.23-06-2016 2/2 inform this Court immediately thereafter.
