Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Narhat P.S. Case No. 125 of 2022 registered for the offences under Section 7 of the Essential Commodities Act and Sections 414 and 120 (B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the instant case. Further submission is that the name of the petitioner has been transpired only on the basis of the statement of a co-accused namely Pintu Kumar. It is also submitted that the petitioner used to have conversations with the driver for the purchase of fertilizer and seed materials through the transport agency under which he was working which is apprarent from

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the petitioner, above named are directed to be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Incharge Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Narhat P.S. Case No. 125 of 2022 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
