The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bahera P.S. Case No. 145 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that save and except, the confessional statement of the co-accused there is no iota of evidence to indicate that the petitioner has committed theft of She-buffalo.

Considering the aforesaid submissions and also the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. , let the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten
