JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 22-01-2019 This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Nawada Town P.S. Case No. 659 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 353, 337, 338, 307, 188, 384 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Damage to Public Property Act, 1984.

Allegation as per F.I.R that one person has been dashed by a motorcycle, who received injuries and for that petitioners and several others blocked the road and assaulted the police party.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that they have falsely been implicated. They are ladies and no specific allegation has been attributed to either of the petitioners.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1446 of 2019(2) dt.22-01-2019 2/2 Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, considering the submission, as above, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Nawada Town P.S. Case No. 659 of 2018, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
