Patna High Court CWJC No.15223 of 2022(2) dt.12-03-2024 2/3 12-03-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1.(i) To issue an appropriate writ / order / direction, in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent nos. 1 to 6 to grant the benefits of Vth and VIth Pay Revision (PRC) to the petitioner no. 2 to 7 who are employees of the Bihar State Leather Industries Development Corporation Limited and Bihar State Finished Leather Corporation Limited and accordingly to fix the pay scale and calculate their arrears of salary, retiral dues etc. and all other consequential benefits to which the petitioners no. 2 to 7 are entitled and which they would get through the official liquidator in the liquidation proceeding pending.

II. To issue an appropriate writ / order / direction, in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no. 1 to 6 to deposit their share in the employees provident fund organization (EPFO) so that pension is granted to the petitioner no. 2 to 7 through the official liquidator."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks not to press the writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of

Patna High Court CWJC No.15223 of 2022(2) dt.12-03-2024 3/3 the petitioners to approach the respondentauthorities for redressal of their aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
