The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Sakra P.S. Case No.24 of 2015, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 323, 498-A, 376, 406 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the victim is living along with the petitioners and the whole thrust of rape is against one Pramod Kumar-original accused No.1. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23918 of 2016 (2) dt.15-06-2016 2/2 of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Sakra P.S. Case No. 24 of 2015, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. as well as on condition that the petitioners will allow the victim-complainant to live in their house and maintain her, if the victim makes any allegation against the petitioners for disturbing her, the same may be the ground for cancellation of their bail.
