2. The petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Punara P.S. Case No. 152 of 2022 for the offences punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The prosecution case in nutshell is that 20-25 robbers, armed with gun, broke into the house of the informant and looted the cash, jewellery, mobile phones and other valuables.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He has further submitted that no incriminating articles was recovered from his possession. The petitioner is under custody since 04.08.2022.

5. On the other hand, the learned APP for the State

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67593 of 2024(2) dt.07-10-2024 2/2 has opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand rupees) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 14th Additional Session Judge, Sitamarhi in connection with Punara P.S. Case No. 152 of 2022, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.

7. The petitioner is directed to physically present on each and every date before the learned court below till framing of the charge.
