2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 103 and 3(5) of the BNS.
3. As per the prosecution case, all the named accused persons including this petitioner killed the son of the informant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it is a case of accidental death. As per post-mortem report cause of death is due to cardiopulmonary arrest following accidental injury. Police after investigation submitted charge-sheet under Section 106 of the BNS. Petitioner is in custody since 30.05.2025.

5. Learned counsel for the informant along with learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, the bail application is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Baligaon P. S. Case No. 28 of 2025.
