ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 16-10-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody on his surrender since 16.03.2019 in connection with Barauni (Refinery) P.S. Case No.09 of 2019 registered for the offence under Section 396 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the name of the petitioner has surfaced on the confessional statement made before the police by one Aman Kumar and till date the petitioner has not been placed on T.I. Parade nor has there been any recovery from his possession.
