The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Runnisaidpur P.S. Case No. 301 of 2014, registered under Sections 341, 342, 323, 354 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
However, police after investigation submitted charge sheet for offence under Section 341, 323 and 354 of the Indian Penal Code against petitioners Raghvendra singh and Ankar Singh. However, it has come in case diary about assault by slaps and fists, though, injury report has been annexed. Cause of injury by hard and blunt and nature of injury (i) x-ray (Rt.) scalp with A.P., (ii) x-ray (Rt) hand. However, it has come in the case diary that there was some dispute with regard to scuffle and assault by slaps and fists and villagers intervened.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39819 of 2014 (3) dt.21-04-2015 Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioners in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi, in connection with Runnisaidpur P.S Case No. 301 of 2014, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of Cr.P.C. m.p.
