The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The prosecution case is that the petitioners' side pelted bricks and stones as a result they caused injury to the informant side.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23140 of 2016 (2) dt.23-05-2016 2/2 petitioners that the accusation is against the mob. There is a counter version of the occurrence and petitioners' side have also received injuries. Moreover, the informant has retracted from the initial version and filed a petition to that effect before the learned court below.
A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Sheikhpura in connection with Karandey P.S. Case No. 07 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
