Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that at the time of argument due to wrong instruction, it was submitted that petitioner no. 1 has been arrested but in fact, petitioner no. 2 Ramayan Bhagat was arrested during the pendency of this application. In the first and second paragraph of the order dated 04.10.2017, let the words "petitioner no.1, Rupesh Bhagat @ Rubas Bhagat" be read as "petitioner no.2, Ramayan Bhagat" and also in third line of the forth paragraph, let the words "petitioners no. 2 & 3" be corrected to be read as "petitioners no. 1 & 3". Accordingly, the order dated 04.10.2017 is modified to the extent above.
