The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 392/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant was robbed on pistol point.

The miscreants being chased left their motorcycle and escaped from the scene. Motorcycle was found registered in the name of the petitioner.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the motorcycle of the informant was taken away by the miscreants as the petitioner was being abducted by some other miscreants for which petitioner filed Khudaganj P.S. Case

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32795 of 2015 (2) dt.10-08-2015 2/2 No. 16 of 2015 on 09.02.2015 at 16.10 P.M. for the occurrence of 08.02.2015 whereas the present was lodged on 09.02.2015 at 9.00 A.M.

Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Khizar Sarai P.S. Case No. 31 of 2015 pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Gaya.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is disposed of.
