JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-08-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner being widow mother of the husband of the informant is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is of killing the sister of the informant after four years of marriage for non fulfillment of dowry demands by causing burn injury.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the victim died due to accidental burn injury when the husband of the victim tried to provide medical assistance but she could not survive. It is further submitted that petitioner is widow lady and husband of the victim is in custody.

No.33478 of 2015 (2) dt.13-08-2015 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Banka in connection with Amarpur P.S. Case No. 101 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
