Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 489A, 489B, 489C of the Indian Penal Code.
The prosecution case is that the informant Rajendra Mandal went to Chanderdai Hat to sell his calf, when the petitioner purchased the calf for Rs.9,000/- and gave fake currency notes of Rs.
7,000/- Rs.500/- denomination.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that there is no proof with regard to payment of fake currency notes by the petitioner, though, the impugned order suggests that several witnesses have stated that the petitioner gave such fake currency notes.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23865 of 2016 (2) dt.26-05-2016 Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Araria (R.S.) P.S. Case No. 350 of 2015, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria.
With the above observation this application is disposed of.
