2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Islampur P.S. Case No. 259 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 190, 191(2), 191(3), 126(2), 115(2), 109, 352, 118(1) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of assaulting the victim causing injury.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner is in custody since 05.06.2025 and has clean antecedent. He further submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently

6. Considering the general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Hilsa, Nalanda/concerned Court below in connection with Islampur P.S. Case No. 259 of 2025.
