The petitioner is in custody since 25.01.2016 in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399/402 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has been taken into custody on the basis of confessional statement made before the Police by a co-accused and that he has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner abovenamed be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in connection with Saharsa P.S. Case No. 72/2016.
