Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Singhia P.S. Case No. 88 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that there is case and counter case between the parties. Both sides sustained injuries. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
