The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 387 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant named one Rushan Singh and two others. The petitioner is not named in the FIR. The name of petitioner figured in the case in the statement of Raushan Singh. Similarly situated accused Raj Kishore Singh, Madhurendra Singh and Avinash Singh have already been enlarged on bail. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran in Madhuban P.S. Case No. 74 of 2014.
