The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 201, 120 (B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Prosecution case is that on the basis of written petition of one Manju Devi, present case as Rajour P.S. Case No. 126/2019 under sections 302, 201, 120B/34 of the I.P.C. has been registered against the petitioner. As per FIR, Sindhu Kumari aged about 18 years was daughter of the informant. She has friendship with the wife of Sanjay Das and she used to visit her house. On 22.03.2019 at 3.00 P.M. Sindhu Kumari became traceless. She was searched. On 28.03.2019 at 1.00 P.M. it was informed that her dead body is lying in a field after murder.

She has been falsely implicated in this case. Petitioner is named in the FIR on the basis of suspicion. Petitioner is lady. There is no direct and circumstantial evidence against the petitioner. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

In the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Rajoun P.S. Case No. 126 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
