The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Maharajganj P. S. Case No. 117 of 2018, registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 498A and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation as per F.I.R. against the petitioner, who happens to be the husband of the informant, is of torturing the informant for non fulfillment of demand of dowry as Rs. One lac cash and Godrej Almirah.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner has not committed any offence and entire

No.78399 of 2018(2) dt.08-01-2019 2/2 allegation against the petitioner is false and concocted and the petitioner is still ready to keep her wife with full dignity and honor but she is not ready to live with the petitioner and put pressure upon the petitioner to live in her parental house as Gharjanmai but the petitioner is not ready. Learned A.P.P. opposed the prayer for bail.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances discussed above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- ( Twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Maharajganj P.S.Case No. 117 of 2018 to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Siwan, District Siwan laid down under Section 438 (2) of Cr.P.C. and one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the concerned court.
