ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 17-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Bibhutipur P.S. Case No.34 of 2015 registered for the offence under Sections 363 and 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code, which is pending in the court of Sri A. Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate,1st Class, Rosera, DistrictSamastipur.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no specific allegation against this petitioner. However, after perusal of the statement of the victim girl recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., it is clear that it was this lady who had taken the girl outside the house and handed

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32320 of 2015 (2) dt.17-08-2015 2/2 her over to other criminals, who had subjected her to repeated rape.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. It is, accordingly, rejected.
