Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Akbarpur P.S. Case No. 536 of 2021 lodged under Sections 147, 149, 447, 448, 323, 325, 307 of the I.P.C.

As per the prosecution case, the informant has disclosed that the 8 accused persons have reached and started abusing the daughter and other family members. It has been stated that with a view to maintain the peaceful marital life, a Panchayati took place on 26.08.2021. In the meantime, the informant's daughter has been assaulted by the accused Kiran Devi. Upon oppose all 8 accused persons have closed the door and started assaulting the informant side with danda, garasa,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22 of 2022(3) dt.07-12-2022 2/2 iron rod, etc. In result, the Ravi Kumar got brutally injured and different persons become injured and swelling took place in their hands and different parts of the body.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and it is a family dispute which took place during the Panchayati. Learned counsel submits that petitioners are man of clean antecedent and they are in custody since 16.09.2021. Charge sheet has already been filed in this case.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioners above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Nawada in connection with Akbarpur P.S. Case No. 536 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C.

With this observation, the bail application stands allowed.
