The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Hulashganj P.S. Case No. 79 of 2017 registered under Sections 420, 406 of the Indian Penal Code and 7 of the E.C. Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner, aged about 75 years, has falsely been implicated in this case. On perusal of Annexure-2 series to the application, it appears that the grains were distributed property to the consumers and no fraud has been committed by the petitioner. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within
