The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Sonepur P.S. Case No. 696 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 30/30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. He submits that in the instant case 15 litres of country made liquor was recovered from a hut. He submits that the hut does not belong to the petitioners.

Considering the aforesaid, the petitioners named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within one month from today, are directed to be released on bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.76969 of 2018(2) dt.21-12-2018 2/2 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-VI, Saran at Chapra in connection with Sonepur P.S. Case No. 696 of 2018 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
