2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bajpatti P.S. Case No. 127/ 2024 dated 05.05.2024 registered for the offence(s) punishable under Section(s) 147, 149, 447, 341, 323, 324, 307, 354B and 379 of the IPC.
3. The main submissions advanced by learned counsel for the petitioner are that there is case and counter case in between the parties and in actual, an incident of free fight took place in between the parties and in the incident concerned, on the petitioner's side, three persons, including the petitioner, sustained injuries and the informant is said to be the main injured and on his person nine injuries were found out of them injury No. 1 to 6, 8 and 9 were opined to be caused by a hard

No.66554 of 2024(2) dt.08-10-2024 2/2 and blunt substance and injury No. 7 was opined to be caused by a sharp edged weapon and only one injury at serial No.9 was opined to be grievous in nature and in this regard, the injury report of informant has been filed as Annexure-3.
4. Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the bail prayer of the petitioner.
5. Having considered the seriousness of the allegation appearing against this petitioner from the F.I.R. and mainly taking into account the specific allegation of having assaulted at the head of informant by means of Dabiya by the petitioner coupled with the number of injuries found on the person of the informant, as submitted above, this court is not inclined to grant the relief of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, his prayer stands rejected.
