JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL JUDGMENT (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) Date: 30-10-2017 Seeking exception to an order passed on 21.04.2016 by the writ Court in C.W.J.C. No.14587 of 2013 rejecting the claim of the appellant for grant of compassionate appointment, this appeal has been filed under Clause 10 of the Letters Patent. We find that the appellant's case does not come within the ambit and purview of the claim of compassionate appointment. Two of his brothers are already Government servants and their family was not entitled to any compassionate appointment.

The appeal is, therefore, dismissed.
